MOSCOW, Nov 15 (PRIME) -- Russia’s consolidated budget had a 389.4 billion ruble surplus in January-September after a 1.119 trillion ruble deficit in the same period of 2016, as seen by PRIME in the Federal Treasury’s materials on Wednesday.
Budget revenue stood at 22.069 trillion rubles and spending amounted to 21.68 trillion rubles.
